Position Requirements:
- Sales Pro: Two-year history of successful selling and growing sales in the Power Transmission Industry and 10 years in Sales in total.
- Industry Know-How: Power Transmission Industry experience is a must.
- Communication Guru: Speak comfortably to large groups and articulate ideas clearly.
- Willing to Travel: Enjoy the freedom of exploring as you travel 40-50% of the time.
- Relationship Builder: Cultivate long-term distributor relationships and collaborate with engineers.
- Note Maker: you have notes on everything. You believe in getting all possible data into CRM. You like understanding your success in numbers.
What You'll Be Doing:
- As our Regional Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind:
- Managing all accounts in your sales territory
- Selling and growing sales for Peer products
- Establishing Peer as a quality provider in the industrial distribution and OEM markets
